Yesterday, I had most insane shoulder training of my life. My shoulders were hurting so much the workout before finishing it. I could not hit the front delts because of the pain I got from working side and rear delts with too much intensity. when I was about to had dinner. I was afraid if I could not eat it from my hands. It was hurting so much, but after sometime it was okay. Do you think I shall do the exercises today with bicep and tricep?
