Protein pancakes scramble:
1/2 cup powdered oats
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 egg
Greek yoghurt to mix the ingredients to pancake batter consistency.
1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp baking powder
A pinch of salt
Stevia if you like it sweeter
Procedure:
Slightly spray the pan with butter
Pour the batter and cook one side till golden then turn it and break it like a scrambling eggs.
Serve it with berries and maple syrup
But I just it with berries
Warm and comforting.
