Thought I'd introduce myself. I turned 50 last week and since the start of the year have been struggling with that prospect. At the same time my marriage has hit a rocky patch so things have happened in spades.

Been a member here since May 24 and dipped in and out. Have now actually took action and currently half way through the 5 day challenge which is truly amazing. I'm so positive about the future.
