Taking it for granted
Man, today is a big day, and if you're a dedicated father you'll get this, My little lady started nursery today. But it's made me question have I been taking it for granted having her around and enjoying our Tuesdays together. I'm sitting here writing this email when Tuesday was always my daddy's day care with her, as mum went off to work on her business, and we'd often go to soft play to smash it up. I would never have got the time to be able to work during the day. But it's quite quiet, it's eerie, it's sad. This morning I recorded a really important podcast about how us as men take things for granted, but how we could possibly change that situation as well? It's about 10 minutes long. As always, I hope it brings you huge value. Click To Listen On Spotify, Click To Listen On Apple  JB P.S Next Monday we are running a FREE 5-day online course. It's for men that need a kick-start to ignite their life mission. I'll be teaching you how to build direction, lead yourself, master your time and a lot of other gold nuggets. No catches, no BS just a £2k course that I'll be running for free, to give back to those who need a lift No time wasters please ! Not interested in those that take a place and don't show up. Good podcast JB. Don't be to hard on yourself you will have bossed it. Saying that everyone can always do better and be more self aware especially where kids are concerned as time does really seem to fly.

The gratitude post
Afternoon all, The Bomb Here, How did I get that Nickname oww Yes I ran a Spartan with a group of guys from A group called the Brotherhood. Hard to believe this was 2019, something I will never forget, What made me put this again was me looking at the photos the other day, seeing myself and just how big i really was, and to push myself round, Ok James did most the pushing but not to see I had a real problem with my weight and Health until 2024 when I got told had Type 2, and now for the last few months I have managed to take control of my eating and Drinking and have dropped in weight so much that my trousers fall down without a belt. I lost so much time, but its now all about moving forwards, The Nick name makes me smile as well as makes me push harder now.

Sit in peace and reflect
When this seem like things are overwhelming and the negative Nancy's come out to play while the self pity monster has her play with the mind Sometimes the best Medicine is to find your quiet space and Reflect on what you have achieved over your life time Get a pen and paper and brain dump Then go through the list at pick out your top 3 achievements I find if I have a picture or something that I can associate my achievements with then put these achievements right in front of your face I have my biggest achievement on my phone so as soon as I open up my phone I see it and I'm grateful for how far I have come, so i see them every day knowing that i can push yourself to be the better version of yourself

Last day of holiday
Last day if our family holiday today. Been an amazing opportunity to connect with family and partners. Also been a great opportunity to embrace an effective morning routine despite eating and drinking loads. A daily morning activity, practising mindfulness through meditation and have gratitude has really helped set me up for the day. Back to work Monday. I'm ready to rumble. Let's go! ❤️
