Health: This is my biggest focus this week. Healthy eating plan in place for the week. No mid-week drinking. Multiple workouts including weight training and cardio. Aiming for 6 training days Between Monday and Sunday. And will achieve this as it planned in.
PD: Effective morning routine and every day. None negotiable. Evening routine too. Mobile down!
Career: catch up after week off work. Launch new annual review process. Effectively planning my week. Take a breath...properly plan and don't just jump into chaos.
Relationships: Focus is my son this week. On the days I have him. I booked a week away with just me and him I October. Really looking forwards to that.
Fun: Getting back into my training and feeling good from living good. Let's go!
