As thanksgiving, Xmas, and new years celebration approaches here is a tip/challenge that will get you going if you’re planning to compete next year. This is something I’ve done multiple times.
Pretend you’re already prepping for a show and limit the consumption of holiday’s food.
When I did it, I told myself “if I can say no to all these deliciousness, I can certainly remain on track while prepping”.
Remember, is about doing work while others are not.
