Niche Target For New Biz
I've long held the opinion you should niche down, at least to start. I need your help. What niches should I target? I know what I want to target but as part of this new project, I want the community to ultimately decide.
Below is a sample list (places of worship and schools omitted)...what say you? I'll compile any nominations into a poll later in the week.
Banks/CUs
Dealerships (boat, car, etc.)
Office Buildings
Small office Suites (<10K sqft)
Large Offices (>10K)
Restaurants
Government
Residential communities (e.g. residential condo or apartment common areas)
Commercial communities (e.g. office condo common areas)
Gyms
Industrial
Manufacturing
Medical
Retail
Civic Clubs/Orgs
Shopping Centers
Vet/Pet Care
Warehouses
Data Centers
TV/Radio Stations
Country Clubs
Dance or Gymnastic Studios
