Great focused strength workout. Love the band work with standing leg lifts. Great for old glutes 😆

Cardio 1
Trying to get back into a few more workouts a week. This one is pretty intense with a few good strength moves in the cardio. Still haven't managed to get back to Sat morning but I see a few of you have so that inspires me.
