Quick wins to maintain motivation and momentum
Couple of quick wins today:
1 - Droppoed 1.3kg on the scales so far, recognise this is mainly water but nice to see.
2: As I was getting up to go to the gym this morning my 7 year old asked if I could do it later so he could do it with…..I’ll take that!
All part of the plan to be a good role model 👊 Hope your all feeling the benefits too x
