Hello from Lacombe AB
Hi everyone! The ones in veritas already know me but to the new people joining this challenge. I’ve been with Veritas for 15 months, I’ve built confidence, mental and physical strength and to date I’ve lost 80 lbs with a herniated disk. Learning to adapt the ups and downs and letting go what is outside of your control has been life changing. Looking forward to kicking ass with you all💪🏻
