Shifting the Mindset
  1. While family, friends and foes can limit your ability to better yourself and progress, the main person holding you back is often yourself.
  2. We must analyze things from different perspectives in order to identify the true problem and desired end goals. Part of changing our mindset is rephrasing our thoughts to focus on the positive and engaging in affirmations.
  3. You don't go anywhere by doing nothing and cherish people that are there to celebrate your successful moments.
  • I get to meal prep to save myself time, eliminate the stress of figuring out what to eat, which often results in bad nutritional choices.
  • I get to workout and strengthen weakened areas so that I can reach my desired fitness goals.
  • I get to take time out from my busy day to focus on myself and ensure that I am working towards MY happiness also.
