TRW is the best way, another way is creating a faceless Ig page.
Fear
I never let fear dictate my actions. Nor do I surrender to that fear, forcing me into inaction. Fear is never part of the equation. It's always an afterthought. When I was fighting, fear was just a shadow in the background. I focused on the work, the relentless grind, the sacrifices that success demands. I was ready to make those sacrifices. Now I do the exact same in business. If you're truly committed to achieving something, giving it your all is the only way. And facing rejection and failure is unavoidable, but understanding and overcoming them is what matters. If you’re giving half-assed attempts, you’re going to get half-assed results. Half assed results just mean there is some element of fear holding you back… You have to be willing to work on dissolving that fear through self-awareness and constant self-evaluation every step of the way. Every time you face failure, take a step back and evaluate. Work out your next three moves and how to side step that pitfall next time. The sooner you take responsibility for your failure, the quicker you can analyse and move forward. I took responsibility for my decisions, using each setback as a stepping stone. Turning negative experiences into positive motivation, Let fear be just a fleeting thought, never the driver of your journey. - Luke

This is my first story ever with fear. When I used to study (Uni) in Tunisia. I had a tough period of time, because I knew that I am wasting my potential by learning English as a major so I can be an English teacher another day after 5 years. And I wasn't happy about it. That is why I dropped out, but before I did I was afraid. I was afraid what will the reaction of the people I know Will be. I was afraid if my plans will never work. But eventually, I did it and I dropped out. In exchange, I had more time to go to my town's boxing gym and train harder, and I tried to start some new businesses with some friends (out of three, one worked and I made 3K TND last May-June). - Ben

I believe that hard work beats talent, when talent doesn't work hard. And for there to be hard work, there must be discipline.
Protect Your Energy
Your Energy is the most important tool you have. Harnessing it is all you need to be thinking about. Why the fuck would you give it away for free? Stop allowing people to steal it from you. The BIGGEST waste of your energy is Instagram. Go through your Instagram NOW and unfollow anyone who’s not adding to your energy, who’s not improving your outlook on life. Be a savage. Stop following people because you FEEL you have to. Stop reacting to pointless stories Stop watching “funny” reels Stop letting your subconscious mind be filled with trash. Live with purpose every single moment of every single day. STOP letting the weakness creep in. And if you unfollow someone and they message you bitching….. Don’t respond Fuck them. Your ENERGY is a literal SHEILD against the losers that will pull you down… Don’t let them take that away from you.

That is what I constantly try to do, picking who and what to watch, not spending a huge amount of time in social media, and replacing the old habits with new ones. I'd rather go out for a 40 minutes run over watching reels on Instagram even if they are beneficial.
Maintaining fitness.
Good evening Gs. I have a question about boxing and I would like to get help about. I am a boxer, I did 7 months training in Tunisia. But right now I moved to UAE and I couldn't find fight gyms near me. So my question is, can I maintain the level I reached and my current fitness with just running, and shadow boxing untill I find a boxing gym? Thank you.
