Introducing
Hello πŸ‘‹πŸ» for David and other members. I'm Aleksa 23yo swimmer. I'm planning to be a coach or a sports psychologist bcs so interested in human body and mind. I'm national record holder in 100/200m breastroke in Montenegro πŸ‡²πŸ‡ͺ and I was a member of the national team. In the age of corona, I suddenly stopped with new records, both personal and national, I love swimming, but when I appear at the edge of the pool, I have anxiety, coldness, tiredness and it's even worse at competitions. I'm working on it through new routines but need some time. I hope u are doing well and fighting the demonsπŸ”₯

Improving my breaststroke
I am a 50m breaststroke swimmer but I was just wondering how I could adapt my training to help improve my 100 and 200m breaststroke

Neurotype System is the athlete's and the coach's ultimate tool to effectively individualize training methods. It allows the coaches to understand the athlete's brain dominance and thus know what kind of training will be best suited to optimize results. For me im 2B.
