Day 17 - 300 lunges done ✅ 40 to start, then 20 between each set Leg press 4 sets (80) Squats 6 sets (120) Inverted rows 6 sets (120) Single arm row 6 sets (120) plus 20 for luck after last set 500 total Vids of most variations bar travelling as they take too long & require too much space! Managed to tweak something in upper inner left thigh which suddenly started hurting this morning 🤬 (going with abductor & blaming Sundays kick boxing as we were beating up the bags - flying side kick - whoop 🤪)
