Day 19: 19th Sept 300 lunges
Day 19 - 300 lunges - done ✅ It’s Thursday so not up ridiculously early, so, for a change, went for a short walk while it was still dark & thinking no one would see me - turns out there are lots of early dog walkers around here 😭😭 but I got them done 🦵💪 Did a few full range ones on naughty foot - can feel it now but as long as it eases off while I have breakfast then it’s all good 🤞

Day 18: 18th Sept 300 lunges
Day 18 - done ✅ Definitely slower today - even heart is cruising! Legs are feeling it again - just felt hard today Normal mix of singles, alternating & pendulums - counted in sets of 100 today & then forgot about what I had just done so I didn’t confuse myself with on the next set - seemed to work 😁

Day 17 - 300 lunges done ✅ 40 to start, then 20 between each set Leg press 4 sets (80) Squats 6 sets (120) Inverted rows 6 sets (120) Single arm row 6 sets (120) plus 20 for luck after last set 500 total Vids of most variations bar travelling as they take too long & require too much space! Managed to tweak something in upper inner left thigh which suddenly started hurting this morning 🤬 (going with abductor & blaming Sundays kick boxing as we were beating up the bags - flying side kick - whoop 🤪)

Not gonna lie, today was gruelling… with our morning 5k, evening gym session and glute bridge heavy Pilates… lunges this evening felt like a big ask! But we got it done ☑️

Day 13/14' Hurt my back slipped on some stairs and hour ago .... However got my 300 set done ... Glad to report 300 & no pain or discomfort from the competition Not easy today with sore coccyx ! But pilates at 6.30 with you buddy ! Have a great sunny day

Day 16 - done ✅ 20 alternating forwards 15 singles, each leg & direction 20 alternating backwards 5 pendulum each side 15 singles each leg & direction 20 alternating forward 20 alternating back 15 singles each leg & direction 10 forwards each leg (forgot these & had to add them on 😭)
