I recommend you do 3 set of 10 reps for easy exercise and 3 set of 5 reps for hard exercise and between set take 1 min rest and after one exercise is done take 2 min full rest. If you reach at set 3 go all in give your all like until failure. That's what I do hope it helps.

@Jonas Yue yeahh yeahh I estimated that 3 set are good for begginer and intermediate. I would say I am intermediate at calisthenics so I d first set until failure and third set until failure and 2nd set with only 10 rep.
3 NEW COURSES for beginners
Good day Caliversity athletes! We used to have one fixed course for beginners to go from 0 pull ups to unlocking the muscle up. But we understood lately that achieving the pull up is no easy deal, much less the muscle up, so we've decided to split the course into 3 NEW sections: Course 1: Unlock your first pull up - Unlock your first pull up from SCRATCH, - Follow a step by step training basis - Much more scrutinized requirement and target goal to achieve for each level. Course 2: Muscle Up technique - Learn the techniques that a muscle up requires - Split into 3 different sections Course 3: Muscle Up strength conditioning - Condition for the strength that a muscle up needs - A sequel for 'Course 1: Unlocking your first pull up' - Complete Course 1 before this course

Bulk
I am an hybrid athlete. I do my running and I do my calisthenics workout. Is it suitable to bulk now to gain more muscle mass. I am hella skinny nowadays. Hope to get good advice.

Endurance calisthenic
Will endurance calisthenics will help me build muscle ? Like doing 5 set of max pushup in Sunday, 5 set of max pull-up in Monday, dumbbell leg day Tuesday, 5 set of max dips in Wednesday, 5 set of max inverted rows in Thursday, dumbbell leg day in Friday and Saturday rest. What's your thought on this ?

@Cheng Wee Ng it means after 3 to 6 months I can progress to harder variation of the exercise I do for more muscle.
