Creating competition
(this post isn't to brag) In Roger's new video he talks about competition, and as long as you don't take it too far that it is good for you. Thus i'm looking to test it out and see if it works. But the (un)fortunate part is that i'm the biggest of anyone i know and see on a regular basis, i see some freaks at the gym, but those guys have a lot of years on me, so creating competition between them isn't really worth it. So how would you go about creating some kind of competition in my situation.

Sorry about the bots brothers I'm away most of the day and they take this opportunity to spam their goddamn pre made messages, I can't IP ban as of now unfortunatly but when I'm back from France I'll find solutions to kick those scammers out definitly

@John Tyrell he said in a previous reply that it is 4 minutes for big exercises (back, legs, chest) and cut in half for smaller ones (bicep, tricep, shoulders)
