Lock-Out form after post-construction cleaning
I’m looking to hear about your experiences with creating lock-out forms for post-construction cleaning projects. I’ve heard that some companies use these forms to inform visitors or clients that a room has been cleaned and that any further cleaning needed will come with an additional charge, or they have to clean after themselves. If you’ve created or used lock-out forms, I’d love to hear from you! What kind of wording did you use, and was it effective in communicating the additional cleaning fees? Did the form help avoid misunderstandings? Any other tips and insights?

Same here. Most of the time we cleaned them one time only (sometimes client requested twice before finishing their project but we never had any forms it was just an agreement prior the job.)
These vinyl floors... 💆‍♂️
Med spa. Vinyl flooring. 1 year old. ~2,000 square feet. We ran the standard sweeping, vacuum, mopping with vinegar solution via microfiber mop. It "cleans" all quite well but it doesn't lift the dirt that we found only after brushing it with a Magic Eraser. The dirt within the pores is the owner's biggest pain point. Pic on the left shows an area scrubbed with Magic Eraser. Second photo is an area that has been mopped but not hand scrubbed. Any suggestions or help? Looking for advice beyond hand scrubbing the business. Thank you all in advance!

Neutral floor cleaner with a softer buffing pad on machine. I hate those floors, the dirt sticks to them immediately lol
Overwhelmed!
When I started my business I started residential first to increase my cash flow quickly before I go into commercial BUT these residential clients are a handful. Part of my thinking was that once I get the commercial really going I would grow a manager to lead the residential side or opt out of residential all together. I'm trying to get the commercial side of my business going but I feel all over the place. Has anyone else felt like this when you first started and what were some things you did to keep on track?

What if…?
If money and time were no object, what would you be doing right now?
