Landing Page Software
What landing page software are you using with skool? We are currenlty using clickfunnels but looking to change. doing youtube ads into free skool group right now via a email catch on clickfunnels landing page. Super expensive for a 1 page.

WordPress is really great option with lot of customization options available. Wix is another very easy to use no code builder. Also if you want full control and only a simple landing page then building one on custom code (either HTML CSS/bootstrap or any frontend framework) could give you a very smooth performance compared to any of the options and only a single page isn't very difficult to do.
Why should you strive to get the 🔥?
If you have been around the skool community, you probably have seen the 🔥 next to some peeps names! It means they have been consistently active on the skool platform for 30 days in a row! How consistent? At least 10 activities a day, could be liking 10 comments/posts, leaving 10 comments on others posts, posting 10 times anywhere on the platform, or 10 votes on polls, it can be any combo of those but at least 10 a day, and the skool clock runs on UTC… if you miss a day your clock starts over again. Why is this important? Because it helps you get in the mode of taking action and being consistent, which will directly correlate to building your community and making money online. Should you make 10 posts in 5 min in your space? Prolly not, it’s important to also provide value with your interactions and activities, not just go after the emoji or points etc. This part of the consistency helps get your mindset in a place where you are focusing on how much value can I provide, instead of how much money or points can I gain. Why is that important? Because focusing on points/money soley is a version of lack mindset, whereas coming from a viewpoint of how much value can I provide in 10 interactions today is an abundance mindset, because what you sow and put into the world does bring a harvest. Make it a point to interact in your space, and in other spaces you are in! Before you say you aren’t on skool every day etc, that’s fine, everyone has different reasons etc, just make sure it’s not an excuse that’s holding you back from making steps that could transform your life in ways you can’t even fathom 😉 👇🏻 If you are working towards the flame and don’t have it yet, tell us how many days you have till you’ve got it! If you have it drop your favorite fire GIF below 🔥

Great points Sarah! I observed that providing genuine value with a helping mindset automatically takes care of the streak. I got to 10/30 days but didn't get to 10 activities on 11th day so got reset. Currently again at 6/30

Learn how to use my interests and skills to connect with ambitious people and grow together by helping others while figuring out a way to monetize in the process. I used to watch Andrew's videos and then got to know about Skool from him.

How to get the best audio for your courses🎙️
You can have the best visuals, but if your sound sucks, people will not be engaged 1. Mic placement: Keep your mic close to your mouth—like 6-12 inches close. This way, you get that clear, crisp sound and not the echoey mess your camera mic gives you. Trust me, external mics are a game changer. 2. background noise: Find a quiet spot to record. Shut those windows, kill the fans, and silence your phone. If you’re stuck in a noisy spot, grab a directional mic to focus on your voice and not the random stuff happening around you. 3. Watch Your Levels: Before you hit record, check your audio levels. You don’t want it too loud or too soft. Aim for that sweet spot around -6dB to -12dB so you don’t blow out your viewers’ ears or make them crank up the volume. 4. Edit: After you record, spend some time in post-production to clean up the audio. Get rid of any background noise, adjust the levels, and make sure everything sounds smooth. A little editing goes a long way. Adobe podcast is a good way to edit these easily. If you’re looking for a solid mic, my rec is the RODE Compact Wireless PRO. It’s easy to use and sounds great imo. not an affiliate for that😂 thats just what I use for all my videos

Very useful points Donivan! Also, 1) Sound insulation is a very crucial thing if you can do in your setup. What it basically means is to have some sort of foam like substances in your front and side walls such that your echo is reduced. If you don't have foam available then thick curtains work great too. 2) Another important addon is that if there is a constant amount of noise going on in your surrounding, you should start recording and for 5-10 secs don't say anything. This way the noise can be registered and in post production softwares can analyze that section to regulate noise better. 3) If using Adobe Podcast, please make sure you utter the words clearly and loud enough because it suppresses sound a lot and it will for sure reduce the lower parts to nearly a point where they can't be heard anymore. Hope it helps.
