Right after a workout
Quadrants
One thing that really stood out was “guard your yeses and deal out your nos”. I’ve been working on checking in with myself before I say yes to things. (Is this something I really want to do? Do I have the time- with my plans/schedule created? Am I saying yes for the right reason or am I people pleasing?) I was also shocked about the important but not urgent quadrant. I am realizing that the sense of urgency is what brings the stress. I love the journaling and planning ideas as well- using them this week!

My motivation for getting healthier: I want to be able to do things and enjoy things well into old age. I also want to be around for my daughter as long as possible! To achieve this I am making myself a priority. I’m putting in the work (exercise, healthier eating, mindset, coaching). I have my family, best friend, my soldierfit family (Hagerstown troops & Black hats, @Nat McSwine @Sheena Ingram @Katie Harris @Danny Farrar)
Thought it was healthy, but.....
I eat yogurt pretty much everyday. Its flavored and only 80 calories so I never would have thought about the sugar content. I'll be switching it out and trying the plain yogurt with honey.

@Joanna Eaves I use the nonfat plain chobani Greek yogurt, wyman’s frozen wild blueberries, 1/4 cup Bobs Red Mill Gluten-free Meusli, and a drizzle of honey. I mix that up and let it stand to soften the meusli. I am not a fan of yogurt, but can handle it this way or in a smoothie.

@Shantee Davis I used to make my daughter “ice cream” when she was little by putting frozen strawberries and yogurt in the food processor with a little honey or maple syrup.. she’s 13 and still asks me to make it 😂
