1. I'm proud of working out consistently. It has become such a habit of mine, I'm confident at the gym and I look forward to every session. I just increased my hip thrust to 120kg for 3 sets 8 reps!! Very proud of myself 🔥💪 2. Having a community with like minded woman is all you can wish for. To share ideas and help eachother! 3. My number one goal for June is to keep prioritizing my nutrition (especially protein) and to keep being mindful with alcohol.

Completed the challenge!
Today I completed CG Epic endgame!! 50 workouts over 10 weeks! I’m proud that I stuck to it, even worked out on days I had hangovers, got up at 4.30am to complete one before work one week 🤦🏼‍♀️ and today the finisher was 100 chest to floor burpees 🥵🥵 my weight and measurements haven’t moved 😢 but I think it is a lot to do with my NEAT (I’m half way through the blueprint), but I’ve maintained and I can see a difference in my arms and upper abs in the mirror (I’m looking for the positives) Now to finish the blue print and start my next 12 weeks 🙌🏻 (after my girls holiday in Portugal next week 🥰)

I can remember doing one of her EPIC Programs a few years ago. They are challenging but also fun in a way😂 Well done for sticking to it for 10 weeks! You probably will notice it in your endurance! Mine got a lot better after EPIC program 💪
Load and Explode!
Some functional strength to start the day, I'm naturally not very explosive (in my muscles😝) so it's a good challenge for me💪🏻

Hotel Gym to Myself
I’m traveling with work this week and was able to still get much of what I needed to in the tiny hotel gym. Plus, being alone means not scared of taking pictures! 💁🏻‍♀️
