Do I have to do the lower back hypertensions? There's no hyperextension set up at my gym. Also I replaced seated cable rows with one arm rows because there's no seated row machine. My gym is pretty limited with equipment
@Roger C Noted, I'll try and figure something out or find an alternative exercise to hyper extensions. Any recommendations? Also are one arm rows as effective as seated rows in your opinion, Roger?
