What is one physical achievement that you are proud of?
Personally, I unlocked a 140kg / 308lbs bench without ever training for bench(75kg / 165lbs bodyweight) This made a lot of local powerlifters and bodybuilders start calisthenics because I told them that was my first time benching seriously as a calisthenics athlete. What is your achievement and story?

Manage to do pistol squats in just 7-8months of training. I have a knee injury for 4 years before and start training from partial squats after my knee getting better.
Introduction
Hi Eric here from Malaysia. Still in progress to unlock clean muscle up. Shoulder and wrist is always a issue for me to do more advanced calisthenics moves. Hopefully i will achieve it this year.

@Cheng Wee Ng just my knee but I don't have any problem doing pistol squats. I think my shoulder and wrist are just genetically weak, with narrow shoulder and small wrist but that is not an excuses 💪
Why did you start training Calisthenics?
Everyone has a different reason for starting calisthenics. Mines really simple actually, I was inspired by a senior back in school who was hitting MUs and handstands without breaking a sweat, and I simply wanted to be able to do it as well, just cause I thought it looked pretty sick 😂 What’s YOUR reason?

I had been doing weight training for 4years before mixing up with calisthenics and end up doing just calisthenics because I love the progress and all the advance exercises are all so cool that make you want to unlock it all.
Which do you find more difficult, bulking or cutting? And based on your experience, why?
Been seeing more questions regarding dieting and physique building! So for those who went through either phases, do share your experience and perhaps someone else in the same situation may learn a thing or two, or even provide a solution for the obstacle you faced! 🙌

Bulking is difficult for classic ectomorph. I need to eat a lot of food just to gain a bit of weights. Staring weight 60kg and now 76kg. I am satisfied
