Im bleh the last week tbh. Not really into the gym and wanting to eat off plan a bunch. I didn't, and rested when I needed to and pushed on the other days. That's the thing to remember, motivation isn't always there to help. You gotta stay consistent even when you don't feel good about it.
I like smoothies rn. Fruit (naner, strawb, whatever really) plain Greek yogurt, a big scoop of protein powder and a splash of almond milk to thin it out. Lots of ways to spice them up, add on, honey etc
