I am an hybrid athlete. I do my running and I do my calisthenics workout. Is it suitable to bulk now to gain more muscle mass. I am hella skinny nowadays. Hope to get good advice.
I went from 0 to 3 pull ups in 2 months and within 3 months I went to 7 pull ups. The problem is I am not being able to increase the pull ups from 7 pulls ups, it's been almost 5 months now but i am stuck at 7 pull ups. I want to train for static training soon but with prerequisites I don't want to. Can anyone help??
I had the same problem, I recommend you doing an EMOM of like 4-5 pull-ups (4 pull-ups per minute), for 10-25 minutes. Then you can add more reps/sets. PS: If you are going further 15 minutes I recommend you using gloves for pull-ups
