“One Too Many: The Power of Focus Over Frenzy”
You know the feeling. You’re excited, motivated, ready to level up. ⬆️ You start diving into advice from one expert, then another, then another. 👨‍💻👨‍🔬👩‍💻👨‍🚀🦸‍♂️🧙‍♂️🦸‍♀️👩‍🎨👩‍🏫 Podcast after podcast. 🎙️ Book after book. 📚 Everyone has a great take, a new technique, or an insight that feels essential. One minute you’re learning about marketing funnels, the next about community building, and by the end of the week, you’re signed up for a course on writing…just to keep up. It’s exhilarating — until it’s exhausting. 😮‍💨 It’s like trying to learn how to wrestle 🤼‍♂️, ski ⛷️, rock climb 🧗 and dance 💃, all at the same time. This is “One Too Many” syndrome. When we’re inspired, we want to take it all in, stack up every skill at once. But here’s the catch. Too many voices lead to noise. 🔊 Too many ideas lead to overload. 🧠🤕 While learning “one to many” can be powerful, “one too many” often leaves us feeling lost in the flood of fragmented advice, unsure which direction to go. The antidote? The power of one. 🎯 Focus on one teacher, one technique, one target at a time. 1️⃣ Master it. Let it settle. And only then, add the next layer. When we aim for mastery instead of mere familiarity, we don’t just learn — we transform. So, instead of feeling overwhelmed by a swirl of suggestions, let’s simplify. Pick one. Go deep. Make it yours. Then, with a clear mind and a solid skill, move on. Because true mastery happens in the steady, single-minded focus of one step at a time. 1️⃣🌟

Spot On! 🎯 Yes, One too many can lead in circles. 🧡 It was just this year (you may not guess it, if you followed my trail -externally) that I finally said "no, I don't have to do that, or all of that." This was really hard for me. I started new -I mean completely new- a couple of years ago & I signed up for everything to absorb everything and finally started seeing the overlap and repetition. This year shifted as I narrowed/chose my avatar and group - and followed the Best advice: ask them & listen, really listen. This shifted my focus from me -what do I need to learn (uh, everything 😱) - to them, what do they need me to bring to them. My question became - will this help them? (or help me, help them) No? then I don't need it now - it will be there later when I need it. (and if it's not, I really didn't need it.) Love this 🧡 and Thank You! 🔥 I think I will write this and post it on my mirror to remind myself as I go into 2025 as my year of One-To-Many to keep away from "one too many." 🧡
Be Kind, We Can’t Rewind ⏪
We live in a world that moves fast—sometimes people seem to zoom in and out of our lives almost in a blink 🏎️. It’s easy to think, “Well, I’ll never see them again” or “This moment isn’t that important.” But here’s the truth: every single interaction matters 🌱. While I was listening to the Marketing Secrets podcast, Russell reminded us of the importance of being kind and genuine with everyone we meet, whether they’re here for a moment or a lifetime. Imagine each interaction as a single thread in a larger tapestry. Some threads may appear briefly, while others stay woven into our lives for years. Yet each one adds color, depth, and meaning🪡. There’s also a simple, but powerful thought to consider: you never know who might come back into your life. Today’s brief encounter might become tomorrow’s trusted friendship, partnership, or even lifelong connection. People remember how you made them feel 🥰. The kindness you show in those small moments leaves the greatest impact. It’s a good reminder: be kind, because we can’t rewind ⏪. No one gets to hit a redo button on how we’ve treated others. In every exchange, big or small, we’re leaving a mark, shaping someone’s impression of us, and maybe even shaping their day. So, go make each interaction count. Not because we’re expecting something in return, but because choosing kindness builds a life we can look back on with pride and without regrets. Kindness isn’t just a “nice” thing; it’s a powerful force. Let’s make it our superpower. 💪🌟 Be kind, we can’t rewind. Every moment is a gift, every person a potential blessing, and every kindness a ripple in a world that could use a little more light ✨.

@Frank Lin Thank you for asking. 🧡 My workshop is in my FB-group Busy Moms for Self-Care Club. I am introducing my course on Less-Stress for More Wellness. I believe that mindfulness and awareness can release stress and allow us to create harmony in our relationships. This is so important to Moms of Teens. The course also invites them to work with me in group and 1:1 coaching. 🧡
Who is Your ATTRACTIVE CHARACTER?
In DotCom Secrets, Russell Brunson reveals the ATTRACTIVE CHARACTER framework—a strategy that’s all about becoming a person your audience not only follows but deeply CONNECTS with. This is more than just selling—it’s about building loyalty and creating a powerful COMMUNITY. What I Learned: The 3 Parts of the Attractive Character 1. ELEMENTS - An Attractive Character comes to life through these essential Elements: ➡️ Backstory: This is where it all started! Sharing your backstory lets people understand where you came from and what drives you. It builds trust by giving your audience the WHY behind your journey. ➡️ Parables: Use stories and examples that teach or inspire. These simple, relatable stories illustrate key lessons in ways that stick with people—like mini-lessons from your life. ➡️ Character Flaws: No one connects with someone who seems perfect! By being open about your flaws, you show authenticity, and this openness builds a strong connection with your audience. ➡️ Polarity: Don’t be afraid to take a stand! Showing polarity means you’re clear on what you believe, which naturally attracts like-minded people and repels those who aren’t a fit. It’s a powerful way to build a community of true fans. 2. IDENTITY- Your Identity is the “role” you play in your audience’s eyes. Are you the Leader who’s guiding them, the Adventurer who’s exploring new things, the Reporter sharing insights, or the Reluctant Hero who’s overcoming challenges? Knowing your identity lets you connect with your audience in a way that feels natural and AUTHENTIC. 3. STORYLINES - Stories are the lifeblood of connection! The Attractive Character uses several powerful storylines to build connection: Loss & Redemption: Share how you overcame challenges and found success. Us vs. Them: Create a sense of belonging by rallying against a common obstacle. Before & After: Show where you started and how far you’ve come. The Amazing Discovery: Share insights or “aha” moments that changed the game for you.
