@Arnav Singh using a resistance bands can boost your progress like me, I use resistance bands last week and I could only do tuck front lever right now I can advanced tuck front lever another thing is prioritizing recovery from intense workout or static training. 8 hours sleep consistently can improve your energy and help you to hold more seconds on tuck front lever

What is one physical achievement that you are proud of?
Personally, I unlocked a 140kg / 308lbs bench without ever training for bench(75kg / 165lbs bodyweight) This made a lot of local powerlifters and bodybuilders start calisthenics because I told them that was my first time benching seriously as a calisthenics athlete. What is your achievement and story?

Why did you start training Calisthenics?
Everyone has a different reason for starting calisthenics. Mines really simple actually, I was inspired by a senior back in school who was hitting MUs and handstands without breaking a sweat, and I simply wanted to be able to do it as well, just cause I thought it looked pretty sick 😂 What’s YOUR reason?

I am skinny, one day I realized that I need to change that day I discover calisthenics and It changed my life.
EMOM SET
Right now my workout is consist of 7 pull ups per minutes x 10 and 20 dils per minutes x 10 with 1 day rest in between training and right now I am currently focusing on front lever to grow my lats bigger. Any advice for progressive overload? Affordable diet?
