I quit alcohol for 145 days
If you’re not making the progress you want and you’re drinking, it could be the worst thing you’re doing to yourself.
Consider this:
• Alcohol is full of carbs.
• It acts as a depressant.
• It kills productivity.
• It’s expensive.
• It dulls your edge.
True confidence means walking into a bar, choosing a soft drink, and feeling completely comfortable with who you are.
If you’re not hitting your goals, what is there to celebrate?
Stay strong and remove anything from your life that doesn’t make you better.
