What I did for planche training today:
Nothing because today is my REST day and rest days are important for recovery, when it comes to any form of training. This ensures that I don't get injured.
Anyways, I will get back to planche training tomorrow.
I'm currently using my THICKEST resistance band because I am HEAVY(81kg~)
I would say my weight plays a huge factor in me taking a long time to achieve this skill even though I know how to train for it but I would rather train for a skill at a heavy bodyweight than achieve it because I am lightweight.
Anyways, I did 3 sets of a thin band(blue) with a 2 minute rest
And 3 sets of a thick band(yellow) with a 2 minute rest
Holding an average of 6 to 7 seconds per set with PROPER form
I'll check in tomorrow once my rest day is over!
