Sk20: Recruit and groom, don’t just hire
🛑 They used to say, practice makes perfect. 🎯 But nothings perfect. 👂 Do you know what I say? Practice makes it PREDICTABLE So when I’m recruiting or grooming someone (notice, I did not say “hiring”), I develop their interest before I commit. 1️⃣ I invite them to try the treatment for themselves, come to a demo event or be a demo. 2️⃣ I ask them to give a review if they like it 3️⃣ I want hear their feedback on the experience in their own words 4️⃣ I want to see if they love it enough to share it publicly in a review or refer a friend Then I tell them what the process could look like … ✅ You have to do a short online course on your laptop. ✅ And participate in hands on class one day in person from 10am-4pm. ✅ Then you’ll practice and be coached/taught by me. ✅ you’ll practice on me, ✅ You can practice on my staff ✅ You can practice on a couple friends (your mom, aunt, etc) ✅ you’ll get to try all our treatments, ✅ you’ll shadow me ✅ and we’ll work up towards you doing my clients. 👊 And if all goes well, you can be one of providers And before I even pursue further I ask them. What do you think of the process? 🛑 If they want to know how much they get paid during that training - I do not hire them. 👏 If they say, omg I love that I get to practice on my friends and mom and get treatments, then I allow them to move forward (still not hired. But I’m willing to invest my time and resources to see how it develops) https://www.instagram.com/reel/C4g_sx7OIoB/?igsh=MXIyeHo1a3g0YmxzNg==
