Sk20: Recruit and groom, don’t just hire
🛑 They used to say, practice makes perfect. 🎯 But nothings perfect. 👂 Do you know what I say? Practice makes it PREDICTABLE So when I’m recruiting or grooming someone (notice, I did not say “hiring”), I develop their interest before I commit. 1️⃣ I invite them to try the treatment for themselves, come to a demo event or be a demo. 2️⃣ I ask them to give a review if they like it 3️⃣ I want hear their feedback on the experience in their own words 4️⃣ I want to see if they love it enough to share it publicly in a review or refer a friend Then I tell them what the process could look like … ✅ You have to do a short online course on your laptop. ✅ And participate in hands on class one day in person from 10am-4pm. ✅ Then you’ll practice and be coached/taught by me. ✅ you’ll practice on me, ✅ You can practice on my staff ✅ You can practice on a couple friends (your mom, aunt, etc) ✅ you’ll get to try all our treatments, ✅ you’ll shadow me ✅ and we’ll work up towards you doing my clients. 👊 And if all goes well, you can be one of providers And before I even pursue further I ask them. What do you think of the process? 🛑 If they want to know how much they get paid during that training - I do not hire them. 👏 If they say, omg I love that I get to practice on my friends and mom and get treatments, then I allow them to move forward (still not hired. But I’m willing to invest my time and resources to see how it develops) https://www.instagram.com/reel/C4g_sx7OIoB/?igsh=MXIyeHo1a3g0YmxzNg==

Sk19: DO not launch til
🛑 Do not launch til you know: 💡 WHAT problem are you solving. The more valuable the problem, the more valuable your solution with be. 🤚 WHO has this problem? WHO has this problem that other solutions aren’t fit for (find the unmet need). 🎯 Catering to WHO with narrow focus is how you create a differentiated brand position. 💙 Once you figure this out, you’ll become obsessed with solving problems for this niche target audience and it will be your passion to do so. 📊 You will have great purpose and building your business will be fulfilling and enjoyable. 💰 Failure to do this process, results in a business that becomes draining and therefore expensive in time and money.

Sk17 What you DON’T do can help you build quality brand but is the hard part
🤚 Do you want to have predictable client results in a niche service market? It's simple (not easy) DO: ✅ Only take clients that fit your ideal client profile ✅ Give them a package of treatments that leads to (almost) predictable results. But ya’ll know this already. ❓Guess what's the hard part that no one talks about..... 🤔 To have high-quality clients with predictable results, you must DISQUALIFY prospects who don't fit your ideal client profile. 🤩 Get used to saying NO to protect your brand, your time, your results. This means have the discipline to say NO to... 🛑 Friends (or family) who want a discount but won't be compliant/coachable clients 🛑 A paid or organic lead who wants to give it a try before they commit 🛑 A client type that has different needs than your treatment experience is curated for 🛑 Someone who cancels or no-shows multiple times and has given you signs that they don't respect your time/expertise. 💡No need to be rude, 💡Simply refer them to someone else (or Google search) for an option that fits their needs better than our business can. ‼️ Follow this without exception, and you'll have loyal clients with predictable results that you love to serve. @highticketlaunchcoach.com https://www.highticketlaunchcoach.com/

ISO 💡 to help add extra value to my clients WHILE helping them make great use of their time for work and body results For my clients who do contouring packages with us and have “graduated” their 10 wk program, so many of them want more time with our staff and to continue to improve their results. Many do another package for even better results or start a new body part. Or they step down to a maintenance program (less often). I’d like to add something in addition to this. This is what we’re going to be doing in my new space in Bernardsville. - Contouring treatments for face & body clients - membership for Power Hour - Certification training for new providers learning how to perform Cryoskin treatments - Consulting & Coaching biz owners - Podcasts/webinars for virtual education of beauty entrepreneurs. The part I’m soliciting creative help with is the “what does the power hour” include? My ideas are to have options that help our clients make amazing efficient use of their time - while catching up on email, they can … - Lymphatic massage via therabody while on Mac book - LED mask while revising their slides for next zoom call - teach techniques-education on home care for cellulite - nutrition connections - Pilates discounts - walking mat with “standing” desk to multitask - maybe a relaxation chair of sorts with table top for computer 💻 - ???? Would love suggestions .. I’m pretty obsessed with respecting my clients time. You can always make more money or create more energy, but you can not create more time. We all have only 24 hours a day ⏰ 🙏 Of course, those that help me, can be rewarded. I will gift you a treatment or help you promote business through consulting or coaching with my staff.
