Did a good stretch to start!
Ran another 26mins keeping a 7:30 pace for the majority of it. At the 15min mark I brought the speed to about 6:50 pace and then brought it back down at the 20min mark, walked for about 4mins and then for the final 2 mins I ran at 11km/h or 5:27 pace which is the pace I need to run for the race in about 7 months! Making progress💪🔥
I finished the workout on the cryo message chair at planet fitness just for a quick recovery and it’s pretty beneficial for my metabolism! Felt great!!
