Day 30!!
Just completed day 30 of the embodiment challenge! Lailla, thank you so much for sharing these incredible tools and practices. I feel more present with life and in connection with my body than I did on day 1. I LOVE the embodiment studio and found some of those practices gave me so much more love and appreciation for my body than I’ve ever had. I’ve also noticed the ways embodiment is trickling into my everyday life- whether it’s releasing some noise, making movements my body is craving or just being aware of what’s going on inside. I feel like I can shift my state and be with myself more easily than before. I definitely want to keep these practices as a part of my daily life - for now I’m challenging myself to start my day with at least one song from your playlist, move how I feel (or use the studio when I feel uninspired) and keep the habit going. Thank you thank you thank you!! Your work is such a gift xx

Day 3 ☑️
Today my practice was dancing to Kylie’s playlist to celebrate my success getting tickets to her concert next year 💃🏽 feeling amazing 🤩

Slow start
I was sick yestdat so listened to my body and rested today I decided to dance for extra time and it felt delicious the playlist is superb I’m loving it I’m here ❤️

Day 11 ☑️
Had a real shake early in the morning to get the day started. I think the shaking practice is my favourite from the embodiment library, it’s such an unusual movement to experience followed by complete stillness. You all have to try it 🤩💃🏽😃
