We are halfway through the Recomp challenge and it’s check in time!
From a coaching perspective, it’s always important to get feedback and assess progress / if any changes are needed throughout this phase. I want everyone to make the most out of it!
This form is a down step from the check ins I typically do with my coaching - but gives you an idea of the important things for us to reflect on throughout each period.
