We know that the subconscious mind can be influenced and reprogrammed.
My biggest takeaway is that we have the tools(breathing, visualisation, 3 mins/day) that can help us through autosuggestion, repetition and positive thoughts transform those beliefs and behaviours that we hold us back so that our dreams become reality.
