Assignment #1 My biggest take away is that during competition focus should be directed to all things that kids have influence not what the want to achieve. This is great course. Assigment #2 My biggest challenge is to support my kid to be focus on task that she has influence and be relaxed same time during race day Assigment #3 Start Today to help her get effect right away. Saturday this week will be competition.

1 Biggest mistake
1. My take away is to prepare myself for the race in the right way. I always thought that I need to race against someone to be faster. 2. My concern is that I will not like it, it will be too hard 3. Well, my Mum has already told me about it as I am here. I would like to move at the beginning of the year to the higher squad in my team. By February I would like to get National qualifying times for championship in March. I have missed my winter times by tenths of the second.

1. Biggest Mistake
my takeaway is How do i set my goals before race. Not pb, time or win but prepreation like sleep, warmup.. my biggest chellenge is to get my mind quiet and ready for autopilot right befor the start. My plan and dead line is 2.2.2025 to get 400-3.59, 800- 8.18,16.00 and 1500-15.59.00
