Assignment #1: My biggest takeaway is visualization and breathing techniques must be used regularly to help to release stress during competition.
Assignment #2: My biggest challenge is to again support my daughters to use it as much as possible to overcome stress obstacles during race day.
Assignment #3: Conscious Breathing and Visualization would benefit my child because it will help to release stress and be ready with whole potential during race day.
