Today as for the last week I exercised!
But I decided to spice it up!
From my daily 50 to 100 push ups, I decided to stick literally with only 60. While adding 10 abdominal crunches and 3 pull ups! Since I don’t have the strength yet, I’m just starting from above and falling in the slowest way possible so that hopefully my muscles can learn the movement and start building resistance!
While doing them I look like a falling potato sac …. So yeah, for the future videos of work out i just want to make u all know 💪🏼😅
