My day!
Yesterday I scheduled my day for today! As most first tries, it didn’t go as planned at all… more or less! The only thing that went “well” has been the job. I decided yesterday that o would help my father with his work as an employee. It has been interesting but at the same time boring! I don’t think I learned anything because I had just to pail up some old papers, at least I’ve been useful by giving man’s crafts/labour! I did finish and going to by groceries! IM not T… but I feel like that I have no fats in my body! Later I’ll do Some training! And tomorrow I’ll go to talk with the priest for social interactions! I would like to show you my schedule but or I can’t put pictures/my phone is full! How do you handle your phone memory? Day been decent … at least now I know what’s to work for a 9 to 5!

My day!
I've been to my first meetup!
Hey guys, I wanted to share with you a day I consider the beggining of my social life and overall turning point in my life. This happend about 5 weeks ago. I consider myself to have little to none social and communication skills. I have almost no friends, I think I am seen by most people as boring and unspontaneous. I went to my first meetup. A language exchange thing I randomly found on meetup.com. The meetup was in the evening in a bar. Only English should have been spoken there (not my native language). I was nervous the entire day, and almost didn't go, but I wanted to overcome this instinct of mine. The meetup ended up being amazing! There were about 30 people, but nobody knew anyone there which made it much more friendly for introverts like me. I kinda felt I fit it, a feeling pretty new to me. I was used to trying to socialize in groups where people knew each other, where I always felt like an outsider, there was the original group, and then there was me. But on these meetups, it's completely different. A lot of people didn't talk much, and it was completely fine, and fully respected by everyone. When most of the people left, I went to the last small group, asked to join and ended up talking to them the rest of the evening. The amazing thing about this was, each one of that group was interacting with me, and they almost didn't talk to each other. That felt just amazing, for that moment I was in the center of attention. I almost started to question if I am actually introverted. I never thought that being center of attention in a group would feel so great. It seems very addictive. I am still hyped from the first meetup. I am now going twice a week and continue to improve my communication skills (being funny, leading conversations,...) (I am looking for book recommendations on this topic). There have been bad meetups where I really questioned my self and even left because nobody would talk to me. But I didn't give up and went across the city to another meetup where I've met amazing people. I realized, lot of times, things are just out of my control, and if that means leaving, that's fine.

Fitness! Health
Today I want to restart my fitness goal, but this time I want to follow a schedule and a reoutine! I’m fed up to not being organized enough! I’ll detach from my old life and start programming day by day my goals over here! I’ll concentrate here because I believe in the “Adonis” of this community and why not building something more than word or pictures. Building a great community where every guy or even girl has his or her own objective or passion and combining it with self improvement. Being proud of each other mentally and fiscally! The wises man in history…. The Greeks and the romans had many quotes, form the pre mentioned romans I got this Beaty that could be appreciated. “Men sana en corpore sano” a healthy mind is followed by an healthy body. Take care of every muscle in the body, especially the brains 🧠💪🏼♾️

About fitness and healthy body
Today as for the last week I exercised! But I decided to spice it up! From my daily 50 to 100 push ups, I decided to stick literally with only 60. While adding 10 abdominal crunches and 3 pull ups! Since I don’t have the strength yet, I’m just starting from above and falling in the slowest way possible so that hopefully my muscles can learn the movement and start building resistance! While doing them I look like a falling potato sac …. So yeah, for the future videos of work out i just want to make u all know 💪🏼😅
