Six Pack Abs Guide
Attention all individuals who want to gain a chiseled six pack but aren’t seeing results from their cut, you’re gonna wanna read this.
I’ll keep this article short as I know your busy and I value your time…
The reason you’re not gaining a six pack is not because of the wrong ab exercises, it’s because you don’t have enough muscle to build off of.
That’s right, those garbage “20 minute, 6 pack in 8 days” are a load of non sense.
You need to be not only at 12% bf and also doing ab exercises but you need material to build off. Which is why I suggest a slight caloric surplus.
The actual key to building a six pack is to either be on a lean bulk or come off of a bulk and you’re cutting.
And you maybe unsure of what to do if you haven’t bulked before. Simply, just ask for your parents for another spoon full of food to keep things simple.
And DO NOT EAT ULTRA PROCESSED GARBAGE AND DISGUSTING SUGARY FOOD!

Summary:
12% BF or lower (anything less is 7% isn’t too good so I’d say stick form 8% to 12%)
Lean bulk! (no sugary or ultraprocessed foods)
Ab Exercises (abs are made in kitchen but they’re revealed in the gym.)
