Last week was a 6/10 for me. I didnโt track my calories well enough, replaced some of the Phys sessions with Runโs (Marathon in just over 2 weeks). Also, didnโt drink nearly enough water.
Is this over critical, maybe, but I am accountable for my actions and must do a bit better ๐ซก
