So, I have Marathon Eryri this Saturday 🗻🏴 it’s known as the hardest marathon in the UK as it’s “a little bit bumpy”.
I am “Tapering” which means I am doing less running but focusing on keeping my legs moving as well as hydrating and Carb loading (I have been carb loading for 25 years 🤦🏻♂️).
Anyone else have any advice or tips or experiences for “tapering” even if its superstitions. Would love to know 🙌🏻
