Lifting Straps
I often feel my forearms / hands passing out before the targeted muscle achieves failure especially on Lat Pulldowns, dropsets with barbell curls, other back exercises, the list goes on. Is using straps for that a good solution or is it more of a temporary band-aid? should this problem be addressed different with strenghtening hands / forearms in some way?

Courses
As mentionned previously I wanted to start making courses that would only be uploaded inside our community but I was wondering what do you want the first one to be about ? A pretty interesting thing with this website is that there is gamification which means you can unlock more and more courses depending of your level (that increases with you interacting inside the community) so I was also thinking of putting some of the most valuable courses at high levels so there would be kind of a marathon for the first ones to unlock them lol, tell me your thoughts on all that.

Testosterone
Obviously testosterone is very important so how do we increase it naturally, also is there any foods that increase testosterone.

Sprint Lift heavy weights Get at least 8hrs of sleep Eat: red meat eggs animal fats (Butter, etc.) raw honey (beef) liver raisins (zinc + boron) ginger bone broth raw milk Avoid: seed oils, refined sugar, processed/junk food, microplastic, plant protein like soy, beans, nuts, etc. (almost all of them contain phytoestrogens) except brazil nuts, they’re okay

@Max Tw I agree with you. most of these things are not actually that bad as most people think, especially with phytoestrogens, different studies showed mixed results about these. But I think: It’s better to be safe than sorry, that’s why i advise to avoid it/minimize it. consuming it one time won’t kill your test levels.
Clean Bulking?
Should I bulk with Only clean food or dirty bulk? With dirty bulking i don’t mean eating fastfood all day, it’s just stuff like frequently throwing ice cream in the protein shake, stuff with added sugar like cereal but also eating pizza etc. Of course, clean bulking is Harder to do, i’m also bit of a low appetite guy, but we want things that are hard right? I’m thinking like Why wouldn’t I do something that’s hard to do because that’s part of Self improvement and what separates you from the mediocre life and reject consuming those „bad“ things when i’m gonna be healthier hormonally and mentally? I know the typical saying like „a bit of dirty food is okay if you’re bulking if you’re eating enough good food as long as you get your calories in“ But Why not cut it out completely? Why not eat real food only even if it’s harder? What are your thoughts on this?

@Thomas Mackie With clean bulking I don’t mean only broccoli and rice, just eating everything except dirty food. could also be noodles or bread. Sure they will both get me to where i want to be, but what about my health?

@Thomas Mackie It’s very important. Processed food, fast food, refined sugars you know just the usual bad food can lower testosterone because of various factors, high insulin spikes, seed oils, I could go on forever. Obviously it’s not that black and white, it always depends on what food it is but you always have to ask yourself if maybe you’re coping you know
