Lifting Straps
I often feel my forearms / hands passing out before the targeted muscle achieves failure especially on Lat Pulldowns, dropsets with barbell curls, other back exercises, the list goes on.
Is using straps for that a good solution or is it more of a temporary band-aid? should this problem be addressed different with strenghtening hands / forearms in some way?
