Clean Bulking?
Should I bulk with Only clean food or dirty bulk? With dirty bulking i don’t mean eating fastfood all day, it’s just stuff like frequently throwing ice cream in the protein shake, stuff with added sugar like cereal but also eating pizza etc.
Of course, clean bulking is Harder to do, i’m also bit of a low appetite guy, but we want things that are hard right? I’m thinking like Why wouldn’t I do something that’s hard to do because that’s part of Self improvement and what separates you from the mediocre life and reject consuming those „bad“ things when i’m gonna be healthier hormonally and mentally?
I know the typical saying like „a bit of dirty food is okay if you’re bulking if you’re eating enough good food as long as you get your calories in“
But Why not cut it out completely? Why not eat real food only even if it’s harder?
What are your thoughts on this?
