DONE
3-2-1-Grow.
3 Quotes 1. Coretta Scott King “The greatness of a community is most accurately measured by the compassionate actions of its members.” 2. Alex Hormozi "It takes only 20 hours of focused effort to become decent at almost anything, but most people spend years delaying the first hour." 3. Oprah Winfrey “We can’t become what we need to be by remaining what we are.” 2 Stories 1. I have been a part of a few communities over the past year that have all expressed the purpose of growth in their members. In that time I have seen a few common themes: There is one person working really hard to keep the group growing. They add more and more "features" until members are overwhelmed or feel like they are not cotributing enough. They don't devote enough effort to a culture where members gain the most value from each other. Those are the things I am hoping to tackle with G.O.A.T. FARM. Each time you log in, I hope you strive to give value to another member. In that effort is where you will find the most growth. 2. One day in 1671, Christopher Wren observed three bricklayers on a scaffold, one crouched, one half-standing and one standing tall, working very hard and fast. To the first bricklayer, Christopher Wren asked the question, “What are you doing?” to which the bricklayer replied, “I’m a bricklayer. I’m working hard laying bricks to feed my family.” The second bricklayer, responded, “I’m a builder. I’m building a wall.” But the third brick layer, the most productive of the three and the future leader of the group, when asked the question, “What are you doing?” replied with a gleam in his eye, “I’m a cathedral builder. I’m building a great cathedral to The Almighty.” 1 Challenge In the community, comment on 3 other G.O.A.T.s introduction posts. (If you haven't introduced yourself yet, there is still time.) Thanks for an amazing week! Lets continue to grow together. P.S. The group will only be free until midnight tonight (Friday). Anyone who joins before then will be free for life. If you know someone who needs us, or if we need them, send them the link to the community now! https://www.skool.com/goatfarm/about

Giving a presentation tomorrow and I took your story of the three bricklayers. I was already going to tell that story, but it was going to be much more complex and much longer so thanks for sharing it here :-)

@Orion Wilson looking forward to your rough draft
Fitness goals
I’m a lifelong skinny kid and I hate it! I’ve put in some good work in the last couple of years. Earlier this year I hit the biggest and strongest I’ve ever been. I have gotten back into the gym over the last couple of weeks and I’m excited to build some long term consistency. My next goal is to be 185 lbs at 10% body weight. Thats 20lbs of lean mass gain. What are your fitness goals?

Even just your intro is inspiring! Hope I get to know you soon
Intro Post
I'm Kellie! I own True Relief in Spanish Fork. I've kept it a small, word of mouth business while growing my family and am in the process of organizing it for fun expansion. I do massage, energy work, trauma releasing and coaching. I focus mostly on women but have some great male clients too. I believe the mind and body are meant for greatness and have amazing abilities to heal and be strong. I love my family, being in the mountains, Alaska, women's retreats, everything health related and deep conversations- especially if chocolate or ice cream is involved :)
