Saturday 11am. TBH - I don’t like the spectacle of it all. I’m a huge Tyson fan, and I can’t blame him for making this sort of money in his older years, especially after being robbed by so many financially. I just hope that I don’t get to see a hero go out the wrong way. In saying that though, geese he’s still a beast and this is the heavyweights - I do hope Jake gets caught. Just my 2c 🤷‍♂️
Healing era
Hi everyone! I am going to use 2 pictures for stages of my healing, forgiving and growth process. The left was me 8 months ago unhappy, stuck, and miserable in multiple facets of my life. The right is me repairing my relationship with food and the gym while also learning more about self reflection and starting a deeper dive into healing and forgiving myself. The woman on the right is remembering healing and forgiving the woman on the left and continuing to grow. My commitment to myself is moving forward instead of falling backward into old habits. I also want to set aside 15 minutes each day to check out more of what this platform has to offer and be apart of the community in the same growth space.

I quit alcohol for 145 days
If you’re not making the progress you want and you’re drinking, it could be the worst thing you’re doing to yourself. Consider this: • Alcohol is full of carbs. • It acts as a depressant. • It kills productivity. • It’s expensive. • It dulls your edge. True confidence means walking into a bar, choosing a soft drink, and feeling completely comfortable with who you are. If you’re not hitting your goals, what is there to celebrate? Stay strong and remove anything from your life that doesn’t make you better. What habits are you focusing on to reach your goals? Share in the comments!

Heal Yourself & Gift That Person To The World 🌎
The guy on the left was lost—binge drinking every weekend, surrounded by the wrong crowd, lacking clarity, purpose, and confidence. I knew something had to change. I craved purpose, something that would bring out the best in me. Now, the guy on the right is a soldier with 10 years in business, has raced four marathons, one ultra marathon, and even qualified for the Boston Marathon. I’ve invested in my personal development and heald myself. If I share anything, it’s based on my experiences and what has worked for me, backed by evidence. Stay tuned for my progress picture coming in 8 weeks! 💪

Dropping weight, my journey, being accountable
Hey legends!!! To make me accountable I thought I’d log my journey here to keep me strong and maybe motivate others. I’ll am trying my best to be as accurate as possible with logging food, and cal burned. All activities are from my Garmin watch (I do allot of online cycling Zwift and racing outside). My target weight is around 75-76kg. So day 1 weight was 81.1, and I started pretty aggressively I must admit and dropped 0.9 in 24h, definitely don’t expect that everyday 😜 might be mostly fluid. I had dental surgery on Saturday and could only eat soft food, I wanted a strong start so I made it happen. I also watched a few motivational videos from Marty which kept me 💪. I know days I may let myself down and go the wrong direction but it can be a roller coaster, and that is ok. Yesterday went perfectly, work days can be harder. But it is the overall habit change in life that really makes the difference.
