I’ve been sick lately 🤮
I’ve been hit and miss with a flu I got from someone I train with. It was a real deceiving bug but it stays with you about two weeks. It isn’t Covid. I’m told it’s worse to have. Long end of the short I’ve been bed ridden for 3 days. I was thinking, ‘What am I going to do’, I have so much on etc etc then a lesson came to mind from an AA meeting, “the ability to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things that I can and the wisdom to know the difference”. At that moment, sick and in pain I had an overwhelming feeling of gratitude. So thankful that I’ve been through all the difficult times in life. I sat back went into cruise control didn’t speak to anyone for 3 days. HAHA I realised the whole time I’ve had all the answers I needed to know here inside my wind head. Sometimes we need that guide or that nudge, and when you are there and you’ve got this. There is no price you can put on the mindset. Maybe I would not of found that path had I not ran into Marty. Maybe I wouldn’t have remembered an insight had I not been in this group. What’s mean to be will be. Glad to be on this road and the way all has turned out and more thankful I’m at the tail end of this flu 🙏

Your Mind Is Like A Puppy. If You Don't Train It, it Will Sh*T Everywhere 🐶💩.
What is mental fitness, and why is it crucial for building a bulletproof mindset? Mental fitness is the foundation of everything we do. When we neglect our mental health, we become more vulnerable to stress, anxiety, and negative thinking. However, when we actively train our minds, we cultivate resilience, confidence, and power. Think of mental fitness like physical fitness: if you want to get stronger, you hit the gym. To build mental strength, you must put in the work on your mind. Ready to get mentally fit? Comment below to get access to Building Resilience, Clarity & Purpose in 7 days training now! 💪🧠

Great analogy Marty
Healing era
Hi everyone! I am going to use 2 pictures for stages of my healing, forgiving and growth process. The left was me 8 months ago unhappy, stuck, and miserable in multiple facets of my life. The right is me repairing my relationship with food and the gym while also learning more about self reflection and starting a deeper dive into healing and forgiving myself. The woman on the right is remembering healing and forgiving the woman on the left and continuing to grow. My commitment to myself is moving forward instead of falling backward into old habits. I also want to set aside 15 minutes each day to check out more of what this platform has to offer and be apart of the community in the same growth space.

Being Accountable
We all want to be stronger minded, and it is always easy to want to be more, try harder, be better than what we have been. Personally I find it easy to give up on myself, but I have found the key is to make myself accountable to my actions. By this I mean tell others about what I’m doing, what you want to do is a life change and investment in yourself. So the more commitment you put in the more likely you will stick to it and change. It could be financial commitment, friends/family commitment, but it makes you accountable to that goal. We can think it is ok to let ourselves down, but letting you partner, son, daughter or whoever down so something different we are always stronger for others than we are for ourselves. The more we commit to be stronger for them and ourself, plus the investment the more likely we will hit those targets. Feel free to post in here your goals, what you want to change and make us apart of helping you be accountable and encourage each other to be better. I’ll be posting my goal in here and keep the post updated with how I’m going and my process. I’m hopeful this will keep me on track for that bulletproof mindset 🧠💪
