Elbow Lever
I'm going to learn my first calisthenics skill and I want to stay accountable, so here are my rules. - Goal: Elbow Elver - Time: 2 months (18 Nov24-17Jan25) - Work Out 4 times per week, +1 hr each session (first I train for the skill and then my usual training)

Bro elbow lever is about balance and not about strength, all you got to do is to find a flat sturdy area and put your elbows under your waist. Lean forward and balance, the strength requirements is only 15 push ups. And you can learn it in 15 minutes, but usually it takes 1 week to clean up the form
Does timing of the day affect your workout?
This is a rather interesting one, I've personally tried both, and found that for myself, its a periodic matter. In the past, training in the night allowed me to feel more focused with the quiet and undisruptive surroundings. In recent years however, morning/afternoon trainings seem to allow me to push much harder when I feel more awake, and I would lose focus towards the night. Perhaps its due to the change in my sleeping schedule. What are your experiences on this?

For me it depends on the weather because sometimes I train outside. Nevertheless I train the same as long as I'm warm up and ready in my mind

Squats is the king of leg exercises. Just do 3 sets at around 8-12 reps for hypertrophy. Remember to increase the weight if you consistently hit 10-12 reps for 3 sets
Pulling strength.
How should I train the pulling strength if I don't have a resistance band?

I recommend training your grip strength by hanging on the bar until you can hang for 1 minute. While training for your grip you train your back and biceps by doing backpack curls and rows. (You can use dumbbells if you have) You can also do Australian pull ups with your table or at the park. If you have a pull up bar. Put it lower so you can train the Australian pull up. Depending on your level, you can get it at around 2-3 weeks maybe faster if you have basic strength
What skill you would unlocked now if you can?
For me personally I would choose front lever what about you?
