Procrastination
I didn't go to the gym today as I didn't want to hit legs like a baby, I was laying in my bed a few seconds ago but just screamed DAVAAAAAAI ROGER at the top of my lungs like my wrestling coach used to do, punishment I'm going now even if it means getting back home at 3am seeya bois time for some accountability (also I didn't fully procrastinate I worked on videos to avoid going to the gym so not everything is lost)

i do lat pulldowns and machine rows. but my back doesn't seem to wanna grow.

CREATING A PROGARM FOR MYSELF.
guys i want to create a program for myself for powerbuilding ,ie , muscle + strength building . any tips for that? any advices? i want to prioritise only compound movements not isolation movements. it would be great if u guys can help regarding that, i workout 5-6 days a week around 50 min to 1 hr.

Squat if you want to get better at squats you need to squat. Train squats 2 or maybe even 3 times per week The more you do it the better you'll get also watch videos on squat technique and master your technique.
