Guys considering I can do 10 strict pulls ups now should I start doing weighted ones?because the way I see it when I try to do more I just get exhausted instead of going to failiure and I have been at this for weeks
Jumping up that much weight might be a little tricky. It's okay to start with 2-5kg also. However I do think it's important to start weighted push ups as soon as possible. I've seen most of my progress the moment I started weighted versions of anything I was doing

Ok bros I got into a major car crash a few hours ago. Me and my brother and mom are ok thank god but we could have easily died. I am so pissed I can’t train but it was definitely a valuable experience. 🙏💪
