@Kat Ring not bendy either but that will change quickly with consistency…I was a ballet dancer many years ago which required being bendy so I’m thinking our bodies remember what it was capable of and it comes back 🤷‍♀️☺️

Loved how the breathing technique taught in here today relaxes the buttcheeks so well. I always hold the tension there and in my jaw. I have to consciously check in with those 2 places (besides my shoulders) to make sure tension is not lingering too long or too tight.

I enjoy breath work- I find that I finally consciously breathe to relieve frustration., and it works. EVERY. DAMN. TIME.

Intro
I am a long time follower of Yogi Bryan. I just finished the 90 day challenge and I am looking forward to this one. I teach yoga and fitness on Zoom and I volunteer at the bookstore at my local library. Additionally, I am a new grandma and I take care of my grandson during the week. I am tired, but I love every moment with him! I meditate first thing in the morning when it is quiet and I have my alone time. I am a morning person and I love this part of day. 🥰 Let's do this!
