I just passed an exam!
Hey team, so this isn’t a training ‘win’ or a nutrition ‘win’ (I’m actually eating biscuits to celebrate as o type this 🍪, 🤪), but it’s a win for me. I’ve just done an exam Certified in Cyber Security and passed it! Which is good because my job at the moment is in CyberSecurity and I have (had) no qualifications in the field. It’s a win, I’ve studied for this, concurrent to work etc and increasing the amount of running in my week and enjoying training as HyRox Birmingham gets closer. I hope everyone else has had a win this week. Let us know 🤜 💥 🤛

That’s awesome news, huge congratulations & the biscuits are thoroughly deserved! No training wins this week, but we rescued a tiny kitten that got into our underground carpark & found a new home for him starting next week.

@Thomas Collins I used Cuban Salsa as cross training for my 2016 Ironman. Very tough on the calf muscles from what I remember

That was a tough run this morning! Managed to get just over 12km done as it lashed it down...
